Teflon Application

Teflon coatings maybe applied by spraying, electrostatic spray, airless spray, dip or flow coating onto fine bead blasted surfaces.

Multiple coatings may also be applied. This is followed by a very important step of curing at a prescribed temperature and duration to sinter, melt flow or set the Teflon film.

This is one of the most important steps in yielding an optimum performing Teflon coating.
