Rack Plating

In Rack plating job parts are ‘hung’ on a metal rack (fixture) and get transported through the different stages of pre-treatment, electroplating and post-treatment

These job parts can be large and robust or small and delicate. The point of contact on the job part by the rack, unless it is being altered periodically during the process, can be left without much coating if any.
