Barrel Plating

Barrel plating is a mass finishing operation whereby the job parts are placed in a slow rotating barrel immersed in an electroplating bath.

This allows larger volume production and increased throughput. The variation of coating thickness from job part to job part within the same barrel can be quite small

This processing method may not be suitable for coating certain large or delicate job parts.
